I'm a counsellor based in Central Hong Kong with a Master's from Monash and a background in education. I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating ADHD, autism and ASD, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, BPD, and LGBTQ+ challenges.
I'm trained in DBT, ACT, CBT, CBT-i, Schema Therapy, and SPACE from Yale. My approach is warm, inclusive, and built around you — not a textbook.
