Intake Form

When you submit our intake form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), session type preference, reason for seeking therapy, and preferred appointment times. This information is used solely to arrange your consultation and provide counselling services.

During Therapy

Clinical notes and records are maintained in Cliniko, our practice management system. These records are kept confidential and are only accessible to Jared Dubbs and any authorised clinical staff. Records are retained in accordance with professional standards and Hong Kong law.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, time spent, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Cliniko (Practice Management)

Minor Clients

For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for therapy and data collection. We collect the same types of information for minor clients, with additional care taken to protect the young person's privacy. Information shared in therapy by minor clients is kept confidential, with exceptions as required by law or where there is a risk of harm.
