Hi, I’m Jared Dubbs
Welcome! I am a dedicated counselor based in Central Hong Kong with a Master’s in Counselling and a strong background in education, which enhances my ability to provide psychoeducation. I specialize in working with and understanding ADHD, Anxiety, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ and BPD for both teens and adults and couples. I am committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and friendly environment. My experience and convenient location allow me to offer professional and compassionate support to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your personal goals.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Schema Therapy, and Supporting Parents of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) from Yale University.
