ADHD therapy from someone who truly gets it — because I live it too
I've struggled with ADHD my whole life. That lived experience, combined with professional training, means I understand what you're going through in a way that textbooks can't teach.

I Get It Personally
I have struggled with issues related to ADHD my whole life. Helping people who have ADHD or are neurodivergent is a mission of mine. I know what it's like to feel like your brain works differently from everyone else's — because mine does too.
That personal understanding shapes everything about how I work with ADHD clients. I won't suggest you "just try harder" or "use a planner." Instead, we'll work together to understand your unique brain, build strategies that actually work for you, and develop a sense of self that isn't defined by what you struggle with.
Take ownership of your otherness.

ADHD Assessment Support
If you suspect you might have ADHD, I can help you understand your experiences and support you through the assessment process. I work alongside psychiatrists and clinical psychologists in Hong Kong who specialise in adult ADHD assessment.
Whether you're seeking a formal diagnosis or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a valuable starting point.

What ADHD Clients Say
"A truly transformative experience. As an adult with ADHD, finding a therapist who genuinely understands the condition from personal experience made all the difference."
"Working with Jared has been a game changer. His approach helped me manage impulsivity, develop better organisational skills, and understand my ADHD in a completely new way."
"For the first time someone didn't tell me to just try harder. Jared gets it because he lives it. That changed everything for me."
"I got diagnosed at 38 and felt so lost. Jared helped me reframe my entire life story — not as failure, but as ADHD. The relief was enormous."
"My son went from failing classes to thriving. The strategies Jared taught him actually stuck because they were designed for how his brain works, not against it."
"I finally stopped feeling broken. Jared helped me see that my brain isn't the problem — the systems I was trying to force myself into were."
